The Japanese word ‘Kaizen’ translates to ‘Change for Good’ and is renowned to the world today as “Continuous Improvement."
Kaizen is NOT a top-down hierarchical approach, rather a methodology to harness collaboration and engagement from all cross-functional levels of the company; instilling a culture of harmony and positive growth.
